Justyna Omielianczuk
Attorney-at-law, partner and co-founder of the Law Firm, specializing in family and civil law (divorces, division of property, maintenance, compensations, medical errors, inheritances). Additionally, she also has an extensive experience in civil proceedings as well as in counselling on complex cases in the area of trade and labor law. She has been successfully representing customers in numerous disputes concerning family law. She gained many years’ experience while working in law firms providing comprehensive services to commercial companies of manufacturing and trade and energetic industries, as well as to hospitals.
Moreover, she was practicing at the National and Administrative Law Division of the Legislation and Law Department at the Ministry of Justice, where she was participating in its everyday activities, such as preparing comments on legal acts or taking minutes during the meeting of the Committee if the Council of Ministers and the Council of Ministers. She conducted trade and labor law classes at higher education institutions.

Zbigniew Pyt
Advocate, partner and co-founder of the Law Firm, specializing in civil and commercial matters (construction industry matters and issues concerning protection of creditors against insolvency of debtors, property hiding). He has been broadening his specialization with penal cases, especially concerning the commercial crimes as well as crimes against life and health.
He is very experienced in proceedings and is characterized by effectiveness in crisis counseling. He conducted commercial law classes at higher education institutions, including Law and Administration Faculty of the Catholic University of Lublin. He took apprenticeship at the National and Administrative Law Division of the Legislation and Law Department at the Ministry of Justice. He has gained his experience while working in law firms as a counsel, mainly to commercial entities.
